2012 Marcus beach

This 20 year-old holiday house, located near the beach, had been originally designed by Anna Leyshon (Maclean) and Andrew Wiley. The clients, now living there, required a residence more suited to permanent occupation. The renovations include a re-working of the kitchen, an updated bathroom, additional rooms downstairs, and internal access from the garage. When the house was originally constructed, the cyclone rating was more stringent, resulting in the large trusses, which remain a feature in the living room.
