The Toowong House was already a beautifully renovated house. The owners had anticipated that the lower level would be built in at some point so the structure was already suitably laid out. This brief required a guest bedroom, study, store, a kitchenette, bathroom, and rumpus room. The style of the new bathroom, kitchen and cabinetry all reflected the existing components upstairs.
