2002 Kirribilli

This project was constrained by a tiny inner city Sydney block, local Council requirements to keep the existing house, and a tight budget. By designing the rear garden as a structured, contained but open outdoor room, it became a visual and spatial extension of the living space at the back of the house. Internally, the interior finishes of the house was pared back to reduce visual clutter.
